1. The production line uses conical twin screw extruder. It can produce PVC ceiling and wall panel profile, aluminium-plasitc composite profile,etc
2. It's optimized designed introducing new technology. the line has features: stable plasticization, high output, low sheering force, long line service and other advantages. after simple changing of the screw, barrel and moulds, it can also produce pvc window and doors profiles.
Machine for produce pvc wall panel can produce all kinds of profile, for example,picture frame, window, door and door frame, pallet, cladding of outdoor wall, faciliry of ourside park, floor etc. Output profile is Wood Plastic Composite(WPC) or Plastic UPVC.
